Since I was nearly the only one in the state to wake up without a hangover this morning, I was pumped and already started the new year with a handful of caches in the brutal cold. Wind chill of 15 degrees below zero??? No problem.
Best Wishes to all. |

Didn't think of it... I think I'm probably one of the only cachers who's never had a tick bite while caching. I haven't even seen a tick since I was a kid.
Perhaps that can be my resolution... get a tick bite this year!!!
and I went caching today too... one cache, and that was too many... just too cold out. |

I picked one up in a parking lot at a lampskirt micro. It just made me hate that type of cache even more _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

You sure it wasn't a facial tick from approaching a skirt lifter? _________________ Dinnae fash yersel (don't worry yourself) |

only cache in winter?
I don't know. I don't tend to do urban caches, and spend most of the year in the woods, weeds, and outdoors where the ticks are (whether I'm caching or not), they just don't bite.
maybe I just smell bad. |
