|
|
I have not been able to upload my GPX files to "Caches Along a Route" for several months now. This was a member feature that I used fairly often. Originally I thought it was a GroundSpeak problem, now I'm not so sure.
GroundSpeak responded to an inquiry/ticket that they were working on it.
I don't find any information about this problem anywhere.
Anyone else having problems with "Caches Along a Route"?

Kurt.
For what it's worth, uploading a .kml file worked just fine for me on the 18th. I got caches along a route from Fairmont to Faribault.

What's "power trails.."?
Anyway, it's working for me again, somehow. I don't know what I did or why but I am now able to "Find Caches on a Route" again.
Thanks for listening,

Power trails are (besides not related to the topic of uploading routes to gc.com) a trail with caches every 528' or so - they are there so that you can maximize your cache count by hiking down a trail, nothing more.
As I understand it, they are no longer allowed. _________________ Hmm... |

| Submitted a couple route requests early today - no files yet. Usually the 1st request comes through in a couple minutes; maybe routes work differently. |

The last few days my PQs have all been taking over a day to be returned. Site must be having some issues. |
