| Okay this stinking Forbidden error is not only getting old and frustrating but I am seriously getting pissed off. Its been brought up several times so what is being done to correct it. I can't get messages back and forth regarding coins to buyers because of it. No offense but enough is enough. Half the time even when I leave the site and come back this does not correct the issue. we moved to a new server to get ride of annoying stuff like this and I have to say it has actually gotten worse. |

I haven't had this problem for awhile and we never figured out what was causing it. But restarting your browser seems to fix it. Could you post the exact error message? I did a quick Google search and it sounds like it might be a server configuration problem. I'll submit a support request and see what they say. _________________ Tupperware doesn't belong in the kitchen! |

I have it once every couple of weeks. Sometimes a refresh fixes it, otherwise restarting the browser has always fixed it. I agree though that it would be nice to get it fixed for good. Thanks GP. _________________ Hmm... |

Yes, I can log in and out and still get it, refresh the page, close the website and come back too. |

Do you close the entire browser or just the window that the browser is in (if you're using a browser with tabs)? _________________ Hmm... |

For what its worth this same thing happens to me frequently. Refresh never helps but sometimes it starts working in an hour or two. But then it starts happening again later for no apparent reason.
Tough to blame Bill Gates for this one, heh?? |

| Yeah I got that recently, didn't know what it meant, so I just left the site all together, I had better things to do than try to fix something I knew nothing about. |

| Why do people use pm's at all? I almost always contact people through their geocaching.com profile. |

I have to admit that PMs are a little bit of a hassle here as I can't reply via email, although that's a whole different story... _________________ Hmm... |
