I have a Garmin 38 that can't seem to figure out where it is. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this just something I should get rid of?
I have done the cold start and new batteries, but it doesn't even come close to the readings from my Legend.

Do you have both units set to the same datum, ie. WGS84? Are they set to the same format (DD MM.MMM vs. DD MM SS)?
