Due to the bridge washing out in the Aug. 18, 19, 2007 flood, approach to Plowline Trail Series caches can not be reached from County road 23 for awhile. Parking to get to the trail is “on the other side of the mountain” from Hidden Valley Trailer Court in Goodview at grid points N 44 03.829, W 091 43.447. Walk a little ways towards woods and there will be a road with a gate. Walk around the gate a up the road about a quarter mile where you will come to pavement. At that point there is a trail that goes to the left off the road. Proceed up that trail almost a mile to Point N 44 03.262, W 091 44.208. Be careful walking that trail as it gets quite rugged and rocky. There will be a couple gates there. At that point proceed to the caches. They should be fine as they were on high ground, so flood waters wouldn’t have affected them.
