UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!! Here is the situation, The reporter has called me twice today. First to say that the Extra piece will be bumped until tomorrow. NOW(7:25pm), he just called me again to tell me that they may end up airing it tonight due to the fact that the Kevin Garnett deal has yet to be finalized. They have a whole bunch of pre-made stories (done, and in the can for weeks) waiting for when a trade does take place. It looks as though the trade is a done deal, but they do not want to error on the wrong side, just in case the trade falls through. I guess this is probably common place in the newsroom. The reporter did say that he was sorry for the misinformation earlier, but that it's out of his hands. So, this is what I can tell you now:

IT WILL AIR EITHER TONIGHT OR TOMORROW NIGHT. WATCH BOTH IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. Rolling Eyes

What a great piece! Good job by all involved! Wish I would not have been out of town. Looked like you all had a great time.

Just got back from vacation and was sitting down to the computer and flipped the tv on. TV adds way more than 10 lbs. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
I'm surprised at how long the story was! Way to go Gilbys! And none of us looked like idiots!
