I stumbled upon this while trying to research the missing benchmark that's supposed to be located on the old Cedar Avenue Bridge PID PP1256.

BTW, MNDOT has a record of this benchmark being destroyed by the new Cedar Avenue bridge construction record dated 1980. But what's strange, there is also an elevation adjustment record dated in 1991. Strange.
