GCW5KB - Goodnight Chuck by Team Hooligan
Nominated by Kurt Franke
I came across a Team Hooligan cache outside of Chisholm that was one of the best I have seen.
The cache is called Goodnight Chuck. It has only been around since 5/20/6 with what looks like 16 finds. It is a night cache so I suppose that cuts into the traffic/popularity.
As I said in my log, it is simply the most fun I have ever had caching. I attempted it with my son back in August only to run out of time that night. Came back a couple months later and completed it, by myself, in the middle of the woods, in the dark. Took me several hours to complete. Great time!
GCYYW3 - Wam! Pow! Sok! by bflentje
Nominated by knowschad
Wow! Pow! Sok! I haven't had a physical and mental challenge like this one since Silent Bob's Stonehenge. It took me longer to decide to sign it than it did to find it, and even then I wasn't sure I was up to it. My only wish is that I had eight more caches before it so that this could have been my 400th milestone cache.
GC108WR - Freight Train Blues by Candy Apple Green and KnowsChad
Nominated by Da Bloodhound
I would like to nominate FREIGHT TRAIN BLUES, GC108WR, for cache of the month.
Owners Knowschad and Candy Apple Green have combined on a dandy cache. The two evil doers have combined a cache that can be a real challenge to get to as well as one that demonstrates a superior degree of clever camoflage. They have done a GREAT job. |

| I vote for "Goodnight Chuck" for April Cache of the Month. It was a great time heading out with a group of cachers for this one. I definately recommend a group, but not too large of a group. 5 or 6 people at the most. Too many people and you can't stay together very well. Excellent Cache, very fun!! ~MGG |

Hmm.. Biased?
I'd love to get up there and do that cache but the timing just doesn't work out... Maybe sometime this year. _________________ Hmm... |

But you have not done the others? So your vote shouldn't count then, right?? |

bflentje, I didn't know that was a prereq. for voting. Has everyone that has voted done all the caches nominated? (didn't think so) No...no biases here, Pearhead!! TH is just so very clever. He is a really smart man. No offense to the other nominees...I am sure they are good too ~MGG |

No prereqs. Just giving you the needle. I can take the loss. The logs of mine speak for themselves. |

All I have to say is, WOW! What a turnout for voting this month! Looking back over many of the past CotM's, it seems that 7-11 votes total is more typical. This is great, no matter who "wins"! _________________ Alcohol & calculus don't mix. Don't drink & deriv |

| I see no reason why an individual should not be able to base his/her vote on the works of the artist behind the cache as much as a particular cashe that is created by that artist. DB |

I remember and I appreciate it.
NOTE TO ALL.. My whining is just dorky acting. I am just playing around. If my cache doesn't win I won't be heart broken. Happy to have it even recognized with the nomination and even happer that I get to go geocaching.
I understand there are no prereqs for voting and am fine with that. |
