Or just don't have swag in caches *shrug*. Still, I don't think I'd feel too great about taking a collectible coin from a cache, even if I'm trading for a 10 dollar item, and turning around to sell it for a couple hundred bucks on ebay. To me, I don't think that's respectful to the kind souls donating a coin, the cache, or other cachers in general.
Or maybe I'm just bitter I'm not getting the coin to sell on ebay |

I'd really hate for it to come down to no swag. I think alot of the fun is seeing what is in the cache and trading for it. As far as the G S A coin goes I think the reciever of the coin was told by the GSA agent to sell them on e-bay for some future plans. At least thats what I understand from reading the national forum posts on the G S A. _________________ "OFTEN IMITATED NEVER EQUALED" |

I have been in contact via email with the GSA, and was told that proceeds from the coins do have good intentions. Not grand plans, just more like smaller acts of kindness. All will be revealed in future. So says the GSA. _________________ "There is a pleasure in the pathless woods..." - Lord Byron |

So I emailed GSA to inquire about how many coins we can expect to show up in caches. He let me know that there are 250 coins of which as of today 70 have been dropped into caches. _________________ 3rd Place 2006 MOGA Individual Competition and Winner of Round 9 of the MN Lakers Game |
