Makes sense to me. King Boreas WNC = Snow. I still plan on attending as long as I can get there (which shouldn't be a problem, I hope). Very Happy

I'm thinking I'll be in the area around 3:30

I'm trying to convince a couple Warrior Women to join us. Probably hook up with Red @ 5:30

This Warrior Woman will be at home making supper for my son at 5:30. We will be joining everyone by 7:30. My car has a super traction button which I will put to the test if I need to.

Yes, I remember that storm very well. Not a problem this time. I did some caching in the late morning and early afternoon (6 finds and 5 dnfs). I am back home now and won't be back near Roseville today.

Sorry for the excessive snow chunks hurtling towards cachers. (kind of) Thanks for hosting KB, sorry I couldn't make it for drinks. Next up, GeoPierce. Wink

The snowballs were nothing, I just can't believe what bullies Celtic and Red can be toward little kids!

Almost made it last night. But my truck had other plans. I came out of the woods at 5:30, was going to meet up with Red and the truck refused to start. After a lot of four letter words I tracked the trouble to the starter. I pulled the starter and with Red doing the rescue mission, She took me to a parts store. They checked the starter and everything checked out good. So with a few more four letter words we go back, Hook everything back up and it starts just like normal. WTF? Anyway with the beast running I thought I better head for home. The snow started 10 mins later. Thanks again Red for the help. And Sorry I missed out.

jREST thinks he got the free drink because he won the trivia contest. The bartender said it's because he's cute.

hit the bar early with celticwulf, and we got there in time for the burger night special:

$1 quarter pounder

add bacon, cheese and fries and you've got a helluva meal for $3

KB thanks for letting my son take that whole bag of coins. He brought it to school today for show and tell.

Celtic, he survived the snow down his back, but has vowed to seek revenge. He was muttering in his sleep, sounds pretty bad...

Lucid that was so nice of you for joining us at a place where kids are allowed, even if I did almost cream your car.
