No, I'm not selling mine, but I am passing on a discount offer from the wooden nickel company that I bought mine from:

It's a little discount, but anything helps, right?
This company was absolutely fabulous to me. I ordered nickels in honor of my dog Tally, who passed away suddenly in December. I ordered one-color, simple coins. I had no image. They called the following day to be sure I didn't want an image. I had none, since they wanted a simple line drawing for the one color. I said, if they have a stock image of a black lab, that might work.
The next day I get an email with a mock-up in an attachment. I couldn't open it since I didn't have the right program. I emailed them back saying I was sorry, but if it looked anything like her, to go ahead. I sent a color photo as an attachment.
Days pass, and the box of nickels arrives in the mail shortly before Christmas. I opened the box and every coin has my beloved dog's photo on each one in full color! I checked the invoice and they did not add any charges!
I emailed them a thankyou note, telling them how much it meant to me. I received a reply from a woman who said "I know what it's like to lose a pet. Merry Christmas."
They had a 22% increase in sales last year. Do you think geocachers had anything to do with it? |
