And 4 minutes that time -- if we factor in the delay for the Topic Reply Notification -- it looks like you are owned _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

A Wis. caching friend of mine has been attacked by a MN pirate several times- she says he has several of hers - that oldest from 2004 and he won't release it. _________________ LIFE IS GOOD;CABIN LIFE IS GREAT

After my coin is pirated out of a cache. And I misplaced the tracking number. Is there a way I can virtually grab it, or retrieve it from the cache so it isn’t listed as being in there? It looks to me like I can post a note, but not grab or retrieve. _________________ ...formerly 'dachebo'. |

You should be able to move it to an "unknown location" as coin owner...it's also something the cache owner can do. That way it's still active and if someone does happen to find it later they can log it and keep the miles correct, but it won't show up in any cache.

Okay, I see the tracking number over on the right side of the page.
An unknown location would be nice, but I don't see that option. Thanks for the reply though. _________________ ...formerly 'dachebo'. |

If it's your coin, the tracking number is on the upper right side of the coin's web page, under "Trackable Item Options". Right below that is a menu that allows you to move the coin to an unknown location. Click the popup that says "recalculate distance". The choice you want is "mark item missing". |
