Next week I'll be traveling through these states. The only planned stops are in Wausau and St. Louis. We'll mainly be traveling on Interstates 94 and 39. Does anyone have any recommendations for 'caching? The passengers would appreciate any "park 'n log" types.

On your way back, definitely check out Officers Scenic Cache near Black River Falls, WI. _________________ "Hi, I'm Moe, or as the women know me - Hey! You in the bushes."

i hit this on the way back today, and it was worth stopping. i've been here before, but a long time ago. i have to run, so my long, drawn-out anecdote about the visit won't be posted for another day or so. but i have to agree, worth the stop. if an old lady using a cane can find her way to the cache area (she wasn't geocaching, just enjoying the view) i-94 travelers should make a point to visit this. for geocachers, the cache is a bonus. |
