Today a fellow geocacher got into a discussion with a park ranger
about geocaching. The first ranger said it wasn't allowed in state parks.
After some yacking about it, another ranger came over and said that
cache placements are now allowed in parks and the only thing they
ask is that the park be aware of the cache location. I'm anxious to hear
more about it... anxious to see "Geocaching is prohibited" removed from
the DNR site!

Nothing is official until the policy is publically posted to the DNR website.
