There is a public changing room near the caches. So, if you plan on taking a dip in the agua, bring a change of clothes if you want.

Also, for those that arrive late, or if you just don't want to take a semi lengthly walk (for a weekNIGHT event), there is parking very near the first and second cache. Most of it is pay meters, unless you get up in the neighborhoods a bit. Hence, the reason we are meeting early at Maynards. Very Happy

As a heads up, Maynard's may be a little extra busy this evening. News report from TheDutchessOfStuff, and confirmation (google is my friend), Cities97's Oake On The Water will be going on this afternoon at Maynard's, runs from 3-7pm.... Looks like I will be there, and will keep my eyes peeled for everybody...

It looks like I'm bailing on the volleyball team to cache...so probably be there.

OK, this gives me another reason...I used to hang out with Brian Oake at a South Park night that he was doing promos for a few years back. I'll have to be there early to give him some crap, and try to win valuable prizes Wink

Attention weekNIGHTERS!!! weekNIGHT caching on THURSDAY at 7:00pm!

1) Parking and meeting at 7:00pm sharp at the parking lot of "Maynards" in Excelsior (coords to follow).

2) Taking a nice walk down to "The Commons" park for three caches:

Cache #1 The Commons 2

Cache #2 The yet to be approved:"jREST Is Cute!" Twisted Evil This cache will be an option for those that feel a little adventurous. (yes, getting wet to get this cache is neccessary, so bring a suit and mask only if you want to.)

Cache #3 The yet to be approved: "All aboard!"

*All caches are weed free, so wear your shorts with confidence.
**SB, that means they are tick free too, so hope to see you there also

3)Walk back down to Maynards for some good drinks, food and camaraderie on the patio overlooking beautiful Lake Minnetonka.

There may be many people included on this one, so please plan on getting to Maynards a bit early if you can. Parking can be quite difficult if it is nice and sunny out. I plan on getting there a little early and sitting out on the patio until 7:00pm, and then walk out front to meet up with the rest of the group, so join me if you wish. Please respond to this thread if you plan on attending. This will help on trying to get some tables reserved for when we return from caching in the park.

HEY GILBY where are the MAYNARD's coords. You know some of us can't get there w/o AutoRouting!

I'm interested. Leaving at 5 to go get a couple of your puzzles. Hopefully, it won't take me TOO long. Gilby is going to Fridley with Cooper.

Not sure on precaching for me...depends on when I get myself that direction after work. May just do pre-post-WeekNIGHT at Maynards on the deck Wink
