I’m archiving the following caches for various reasons, including; didn’t like the container, location, theme, lame hide, etc....and maybe I was just a little too addicted to hiding them.
I’ll temporarily disable them within a few weeks, and leave them in place for another month, in case people still have them in their GPS.
"The Wooden Nickel Cache" (GCKPE6) Hidden 10/1/2004
Souvenirs (GCMPEM) Hidden 2/5/05
Creek-Side Multi (GCQPHX) Hidden 9/25/05
Lake-Side Multi (GCR298) Hidden 10/22/05
25 (GCRD7J) Hidden 11/20/05
The Wooden Nickel Cache will be hid again in a new location. Thanks to all who visited. Cache on!

how come? They're not too old, and they seem well-liked...

1. It'll be a year in April (they were placed in June) and I want them out before tick season.
2. I have heard, second hand, that the landowners aren't interested in having caches there. I didn't bother to investigate further.
3. One of the cachers that logged it originally said a non cacher logged one saying she didn't appreciate "this trash".
4. I'm slowly archiving all my caches. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

Is that the same woman that flicks her cigarette butts out the window? Or the one that leaves used diapers laying in the parking lot? Or the self-proclaimed greenie that drives the SUV downtown to work? Or just maybe it was a PETA member wearing a pair of leather shoes..
Hmm, I never can tell with these things.
I'd say, landowner issues? Remove. Stupid log comments by a hippocrite? Leave the cache. |

It's mainly because I don't want to have that many caches out in the wild. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

What Can I Say? (GCQ1JD)
It's just kind of wasting room now.... I'm going to pull it within 30 days. What can I say? Thanks for visiting, it was fun. Sorry to bug you with it! Mad props going way out to Mr. Wright. I should also say thanks to Gadsby too! |
