Since the topic is locked, I wanted to make a suggestion on this subject:

Why not move that link (Mark all Topics as Read) up to the top right of the page near the similar links like "view unanswered posts", etc.

Or make the text larger.

It does tend to get a little lost where it is presently located due to it's color, size, and location.
