"Hoodlums?" Now THERE's a word you don't hear much anymore...kinda like "cockamamie".
(Bonus points to whoever can tell me from what movie that line is a variation...) |
Rats, I know that quote, it's a movie I've seen not that long ago, but I can't place it. That drives me nuts! |
OK, I'll give it to you: "In the Line of Fire" with Clint Eastwood.
I believe the exact quote was this: He's talking with his young partner (played by Dylan McDermott), and he says to him, "Now cut out this cockamamie stuff! (pause) Heh, 'cockamamie'. Now there's a word that hasn't been embraced by your generation." |

I was actually partially kidding since I ate at one this weekend in Duluth, but you really can't find them anymore...which is sad because they always had the best fast food breakfast with the Cinnamon Raisin Biscuts.

OK, I just added the third cache to the first posting so it's all in once place for everyone to find.
Right now, the debate looks between Applebee's and Granite City...I'm thinking right now I can probably bring the Granite City number with and call ahead to make sure we can get a table if we like...but I know not everyone get's the cheap beer I do...so do we want to still go Granite City, or switch...or do we decide while out caching

I don't care where we go. If I'm really in the mood I'll just go to Applebee's after I guess. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

Granite City it is then...I'll bring the number along so I can call ahead once we've found the Micro...that should hopefully give them time to set up tables.

Since I'm not familiar with the S metro, can Celtic or SB confirm parking is on Cliff Rd? Thanks... _________________ I feel the need! The need for speed! |

Parking Lot is at the intersection of Cliff Road and Lexington Ave. If coming down 35E, I'd take 35E to Cliff, then Cliff east until you hit the Lexington Ave intersection and the parking lot is on the right (Lebanon Hills Park).
I think SB posted the parking coordinates somewhere earlier, which is why I hadn't posted any...I'll take them tonight and add them to the cache page afterwards.
