I was looking at your web page and saw some information on the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and we would like to expand that information. Can you add the following paragraph instead of the BWCAW info?
Superior National Forest
All geocaches on the Superior National Forest must be registered at a Forest Service District Office before being placed on the forest. The registration form is available at www.superiornationalforest.org/recreation/geocaching
Physical caches are not allowed in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
I am getting information about several illegal physical caches in the BWCAW and we want to be sure people know they can have caches on the Superior National Forest outside the BW and no physical (only virtual) caches in the BW. Thanks for your help in getting this word out. Please contact me if you have any questions.
