FindStats is a utility that performs some simple statistical analysis of geocaches in a GPX file. It was originally meant for analysis of the "All Finds" Pocket Query, but it works on any GPX file.
FindStats calculates the average difficulty, terrain, and "challenge" ratings for caches in a file, along with determining the number of countries and US states represented by the caches in the file. |
Fizzy says it's platform independent. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

| 1533 unique ... maybe you visited one twice, or you meant to "Write Note" but picked "Found It" instead? Hit Moving 123 twice? |

No, I found another moving cache twice. The most recent versions of this software tell you which are duplicates. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

Hmm, how does it calculate "hard caches"? If you add up all of SB's 2.5+, you get 259, right? Just curious!

Followup on my question above, my results are below, couldn't find the link to "hard caches" here either - it's worse than a Puzzle cache! All sorts of new stats in the new version, too...

I also noticed it doesn't say anything like: "Hours of your life gone, that you'll never get back: 10,000" or "Number of times you cursed at a cache/cacher/inanimate object: 600" |

I thought this forum was "family friendly". If I can't call myself a ja%^@$$ than how can our president use the word s#$#s? Or will he recieve a violation from the forum police?

It really does suck, Tom. Ever check your gas mileage as you're getting close to the Nebraska border? _________________ ...formerly 'dachebo'. |

Today I had to fix the vacuum cleaner, it just wasn't s#$#ing any more. Then a mosquito landed on my arm, that s#$#s because it s#$#s blood. Oh, and then after my bath, I heard a s#$#ing sound as the water was s#$#ed down the drain, but that's what the drain does, it s#$#s. Tonight I watched a vampire movie where the vampire s#$#ed blood from all his victims. I thought bats s#$#ed blood, too, but I'm told they don't s#$# blood like a lot of people think, it's just vampires that s#$# blood. It really s#$#s that we can't type s#$# anymore on this forum. But I guess you can say Nebraska s#$#s, so we've got that going for us! _________________ I feel the need! The need for speed! |

Hmmm a sense a little hypocricy and double standard here. Please direct me to the proper authority so that I may lodge a formal complaint, Mr. President.
Thanks you,
