I just bought a Palm Pilot IIIxe series PDA with, and I was wondering what is the best software to use to down load cache info on it.

It may not answer this particular question for you, but there's a lot of Palm related discussion there about how a number of the members do the Palm thing.

I use GSAK/GPS Babel to convert my pocket queries to HTML format and then use Plucker to load that onto my Palm. I also use FileMaker Mobile but that's only useful if you are already using Filemaker on your PC or Mac.
