Yes, it's an issue that plenty of people are experiencing. Busy holiday weekend and all that. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

I was just on it logging finds, and luckily, I never got timed out, but it was really slow. _________________ There comes a time in every young boy's life when he gets an irresistible urge to seek buried treasure.--Mark Twain |

According to the official explanation this wasn't just a case of weekend overload. _________________ "Hi, I'm Moe, or as the women know me - Hey! You in the bushes."

What is with the geocaching.com web site today. This morning it was sooo slow. I gave up trying to download cache info and just went geocaching.
This evening it is very slow and I keep getting errors like "An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request." with a stack trace.
Anyone else experiencing these problems? |

Yeah, it was slow all day and then this afternoon I was getting a lot of "Server Too Busy" errors. Moe believes it's the yearly "newbie" rush after the Holidays. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

Let's see, it's Friday afternoon, everyone's been at work all day - except for me, I'm a slug, I've been caching. So I go to gc.com to log my finds, and all I get is a server too busy error. What's up with that? _________________ I feel the need! The need for speed! |

I'm tryin to log today's finds right now. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal, but I moved a lot of TB's from cache to cache and those caches will have a lot of visits tomorrow.
What a pain. |

I think PQs are run on a separate server. |
