Carver County parks is having an Earth Day / Arbor Day Park clean up on May 3rd from 10 a.m. - 12 noon and will be providing lunch for all those who participate. The clean up will take place at Lake Minnewashta Regional Park on Hwy 41 between TH 5 and TH 7 in chanhassen, which currently has one multi-cache in it. If any individual or group is interested in participating call the Carver County Parks office at 952-466-5250 and talk with Lenny. Registration is preferred so we can have enough to eat for all.

I checked on the multi-cache a couple of weeks ago. It's in good shape and ready for the event. If time permits, I plan to add a bonus cache.

This park has several different picnic areas, a play area for the kids, soccer field, swimming beach, hiking trails, and two boat launches on Lake Minnewashta.

I hope everyone who attends has a great time!
