Great Movie, especially if you were a fan of the Frank Miller style Batman. Definitely worth spending the extra few dollars to see it at the IMAX.

Is IMAX rear-window captioned? If not, then Perrine and I'll have to settle for either Eden Prairie or Block E.

Saw it on the near-IMAX UltraScreen in Oakdale. Enjoyed it a lot. I agree that it is in the tradition of Batman Year One. (Maybe someday they will do Returns.)

Saw it at IMAX in the zoo yesterday, with seabiskit. Easily the best story.

Saw the flick on Monday, very cool, much better than 2, 3, and 4. Didn't see it on IMAX, I'm sure that would rock!

It will be interesting to see if they continue with the new set up and release some sequels. They don't appear to be limited by what happened in the other Batman movies. This appears to be completely new, with continuity not being an issue. For example, at the end they talk about a new criminal who leaves a calling card (the joker) This doesn't jibe with the first Batman movie in which the Joker (Jack Nicholson) is created. Tabula Rasa!
