Has anyone seen this guy's site?

Kinda cool but a lot of issues with burying 3/4" re-rod for the mount, aquiring permission from the landowner/parks department,and, having a utilities locating company come out and check for underground lines before you place it. I suppose I could put one in my front yard by the street Very Happy
