| Use caution at Riverfront Regional Park in Fridley, especially if you have children caching with you, seen a lot on man on man action in this park, The Fridley Police department is aware of this problem, and will try to step up patrol in the park. |

It's everywhere. Those guys aren't sitting in their vehicles waiting for Santa Claus to show up. |

I've cached all three of those parks and Riverfront is by far the worst. EVERY time I've been there, ALL of the parking lots (and there are several) are filled with "cruisers". The place gives me the creeps. Doesn't stop me from caching there though.
However it did keep me from launching my kayak there once after work because that was going to require me changing clothes in the car. _________________ "Hi, I'm Moe, or as the women know me - Hey! You in the bushes."

| You should use caution at any park you cache at. We train our staff to always be on the look out for suspicious people in our parks. Believe it or not, parks are places where pedophiles and drug dealers frequent. I cannot count the number of times I have confronted suspicous adults (I'm pretty bold) in order to protect the children in our programs. |

Wow, moe. I guess I didn't see anybody at all, on several occasions.
Bring a dog, and let him go free. They'll button up in a hurry. |

Don't see the safety issue of gay cruising. Doesn't bother me.

Well I don't think public sex in public parks is a safety issue.
It might be an aesthetic issue, or a moral issue or even a legal issue but I don't see the public safety issue involved.
I don't think gay or straight sex should be seen differently, and the Bylaws support this. I don't see here any hue and cry about "make out" spots for hetero couples being dangerous. |

We're not going to get into a discussion, in this thread, about interpretations on how the Bylaws allow for this and that as far as irrelevant political discussions go. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |
