| YES, it's four weeks away, but that will give you plenty of time to cancel other plans. |

If I drink enough I can bowl a 300.
Last time I did that......but for some stupid reason my score card was just a complete mess.....

I'm almost worse at bowling than I am at geocaching...
But what the heck, I'll show up anyways, might even bowl a game, if only to provide some humorous entertainment to people worried about their low scores. |

Sweet, I'll see you there. Great theme. Great name. Yep, thats how I bowl, gutterball style! They called me Shane "the lane is over there" Minor back in the day. Maybe KC0GRN and I can bowl for LOWEST score J/K. I do have a bowling trophy. Does my wife's Grandpa's count?

Take your pick
I'd be up for doing a few, but it might get tricky since I'm trying to reserve my 300th find for the event (or the cache @ the same place), and if I plan accordingly and end up with a few skunks, I might miss the mark... |

I have some temps planned that will (hopefully) become regular caches after the event.
So far, Texas sucks. |

Way to go KCOGRN nearing your 300 find already!
Keep me posted on the pre-event cache list. Because I live so close I may may have already found them - but will none-the-less be at the event. TFTE |

It looks like 2 of my Geocoins will be at this event but I will be stuck in Ames, Iowa. I really enjoyed the last Get Sauced event and am disappointed that I cannot make this one . |

It wasn't supposed to be this way:
I get home from Texas, with a week until the event. Oops, forgot about Kollin's Legion baseball play-offs. BTW, he pitched the game of his life and Tri-City beat Westphal Armstrong in a very stressful, exciting game.
A relative and friend of the family each spent a day in a hospital. Everything's fine. The critters in my home that supposedly were exterminated, weren't. Hopefully that will be taken care of tomorrow.
I have spent HOURS getting my new computer set up, transferring files and settings. I did not use the direct cable method, which I would highly recommend. The BS and problems I had created a few headaches. FAST (File And Settings Transfers) wanted 190 floppy discs or 3 zip discs. After a little investigating, I found out that the 15,000+ geocache e-mails were using 1.27 GB. My zip drive has been packed away for months. A CD burner was not one of the options, but I finally did it that way. HA !
Anyway, I don't think I'm going to get any temp caches placed. I'll update the event site with the nearest caches, which I suppose many of you have already found. Sorry[/i] |

Wow, sounds like you've been pretty busy KB.
No biggie to me on the temp caches at the event, I was already plannin on being at my 298th cache by wednesday anyways. Only one I don't have off that list you put on the cache page is floral park. So who's interested in hitting that one up at 9? I'll tag along for the rest, just to watch people get em. |

I'll make the event, but I likely won't be doing any temp caches. For sure, I will bowl.
Cheers -- see you all Wednesday.
