As discussed in the main section... with Drat19 in town, anybody up for caching Wed. evening? We could meet at 8:00 or so and go after this cache: Just Plain MEAN by Paklid
Cache page: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GCM89P
There are several nearby caches other than this one, but I am up for a little challenge!
Refreshments and apps. nearby at Majors Sports Bar
8307 Normandale Boulevard
Bloomington, Minnesota 55437 US
Map here-
edited by administrator (SB) - cache is not at posted coordinates - map is incorrect
Thoughts???

Parking could be difficult. I was just there Saturday morning and ended up parking on the side of a residential street near a trailhead. Once I got to the cache location I didn't find a much better area to park...
Personally, I'd love to find that cache |

Let's set a firm meeting place, possibly with coordinates... this way everyone can be sure where the meeting place is (last WeekNIGHT caching, the whole party didn't find eachother until the 2nd or 3rd cache).
I'm going to try to come out tomorrow, but I've been pretty under the weather the last two days: I thought I'd be recovering faster. If I'm still ill I'll be sticking at home.

Paklid would probably be the best one to determine the best parking coordinates but I am happy to stop by on my way home from work and mark where sui generis and I parked yesterday.
Remember that Just Plain MEAN is a puzzle cache and should be solved before you go out there. It's really not that hard honestly. If *I* can solve a puzzle anyone can |

| I edited JT's post because of the map link being incorrect as this cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. |

Hey.... that was the map to Major's, not the cache.

Someone make me feel stupid...I've looked at that cache page and I have no earthly idea how to solve that puzzle. DUH.
Also, how "3-star" is that terrain? Don't know if I'm up for a 3-star trek after a LONG workday, let alone at night. I appreciate the challenge, but I'm also a weary business traveler. (Yes, call me "wuss" if you must!). I CAN be talked into it, but it may be a stretch for me at this point...

Don't let it go to your head. It doesn't take much of an excuse for that crew!

Oh don't worry, I'm not. I fully expect them to leave me lying in a ditch somewhere if I slip and fall and they still haven't found the cache yet at the time!

OK, I'm told this cache isn't *really* a 3-star terrain. I hope I don't regret my blind trust and faith in y'all! (You must have all fooled me with that good impression you made on me when I met y'all at the Event Cache I crashed last year!).

Maybe that's why we are fooling you into thinking that this isn't really a 3* terrain |
