I had two caches seized at Louisville Swamp. AFAIK, the letterbox remains.

My guess is idiots can follow an arrow on a little gizmo, but have no skills in decyphering clues.

From reading all this correspondence, it appears to me that some DNR guys wanted to have a geocaching policy that would include traditional caches but this was rejected by higher ups in the Dept. We may have allies within DNR. I think I may investigate this next week if I have time.
