Because of how he compiles stats (see below) some of us aren't included in that list (even those people with 1000+ finds in the state). I have emailed him to add me to the list and maybe then more of us will show (depending on what he chooses as a "statistically important" cache in the area).

Question: Where does the basic data used on these pages come from?
Answer: There are a relatively small number of statistically important caches that are downloaded periodically. The stats for the cachers that have visited those caches are extracted and used for updating the basic data you see on these pages.
Question: What constitutes a "statistically important" cache?
Answer: The simple explanation is it is a cache that is visited regularly, has a large number of total visits, and the visits are typically successful. |

a) It's Worldwide, not national stats... [Edit: Thanks for the edit, SB]
b) We should suggest one or two "statistically important" caches in Minnesota that we think many people do around here so we can get more Minnesota geocachers on the list.

I sent him a couple suggestions and told him about this thread. Here is a portion of his reply:

| Please let the good cachers of Minnesota know that I am working as fast as I can and HOPEFULLY they will be included in tomorrow mornings update. My inbox has been hopping the last few days to say the least. |

Hi all. I decided to see what you were saying about the ranking pages I put together. Very kind words, thanks. I like your site and I think your logo is truly excellent. Kudos to the designers.
I'll do everything I can to get you guys better represented as quickly as I can. It takes some time to do proper research and today the internet is like molasses in January, or, as it might apply a little better to you, engine oil in January. _________________ Cache on,

am I the only one getting the above URLs as invalid? _________________ I am amazed by how many people harp on the need to speak and write English in this country while exhibiting a fundamental lack of skills in the areas of spelling and sentence composition. | Does anyone know of a similar listing of caches ranked in order of number of times found? |
