Your nominations for September 2013 Cache of the Month are:

Multi Cache Icon GC30V8T: FTF HOUNDS MN STYLE - Hal-oween by I Spy.
Nominated By: Sharknose Bunnies
This is a great historical tour of Excelsior. A lot of thought, time, and research went into making the cache. Excelsior is a great place for walking around, and the cache does a nice job of providing interesting information at each stage. Lots of fun, and worthy of more attention!

Regular Cache Icon GC2WH0B: The Maze by Mnpeguy
Nominated By: Rustynails
No fancy container just a great geocaching adventure. This adventure takes you to a fun and interesting place. Finding the correct way to access The Maze is just the start. Don't miss this one.

Mystery Cache Icon GC2ZFK6: Turtle Tunnel by Boreal Walker
Nominated By: Red_Devil35
I don't think I've done a cache this hard in the middle of a metropolitan area. It isn't a cache for wimps, (or really tall people), but it was a blast. Read the logs, you'll see how much fun, and how tough, it is.

Regular Cache Icon GC2VWNP: Archie's Drive In "World's Easiest Geocache" by CROZZROADZ
Nominated By: AustinMN
This is literally a drive-up cache, one you can spot from 50-100 feet away. We recently logged this without getting out of the car just to prove it could be done. A good deal of effort goes into making difficult or evil hides. This cache owner has gone to great lengths to do the opposite, and I think deserves recognition for doing so.

Regular Cache Icon GC9EE5: Veterans Park by TECGeoJim
Nominated By: Wart-Hog
I have enjoyed a few new caches this month, but the most interesting for me was the Cache located on the boardwalk at Veterans Park in Richfield. The cache is located under a floating boardwalk through a wetland. Sitting just inches from the water and surrounded by reeds a great place to check out. Not to mention there is a plain flying over about every 2-3 minutes.

-Note: This cache (Veteran's Park) was nominated in 2003 and tied with two others...as I have not found any "official" announcement about it, it has been included in this vote...

If you have any words/reviews for any of the caches up for voting, please share then here by posting a reply...

Voting will be open till the end of the month*. Good luck to all the nominees and keep those great caches coming!

*Note: Due to how the polling works in phpBB the poll may be open for some time past 11:59:59 pm on the last day of the month, or may end sometime during the last day of the month. While we will do what we can to make sure this poll stays open through the month, there is no reason to wait till the last minute. You get one vote and it counts the same no matter when you make it. When a poll is open it is set to be open for a certain number of days, so if for some reason the poll can't be open right at 11:59:59 (say a production issue at work, busy with non-caching activities, feel asleep, etc) then there may be some 'bonus' voting time.

I've got a lot of work ahead of me before voting ends. A nice lot of caches by the looks of it.
