There is WAS, but it's no longer available to the 'general public'

The only way I know that is easy is GSAK. I have been keeping detailed records of west central MN since 2009. I found 429 archived caches within 50 miles of Morris. Anything in particular that you are looking for?

got gsak but i'm not paying

P.S. My mom HATES! using her credit card online, so no premium GSAK for me. My dad doesn't use his credit card for anything on the internet but Amazon.

GSAK will continue to work, it just adds time to the nag screen that counts down until you can finish launching the program (and eventually macros and other things) I went like 600+ days before I upgraded V8 to a paid version and it was like a 5 minute nag screen. Kind of no big deal until the nags started kicking in on the macros and just about anything else. You may look, I am guessing Clyde the dude who writes it would take a check or other form of non-internet payment if you explain you are a student without a credit card.
