Last reminder - camping this weekend - joint event with WI. (If you are scared you can stay on the MN side of camp.) You can get an event smiley and a CITO smiley on Saturday! (And a lot of AWESOME memories!!!)

The camper is ready to go, we just have to pack food and clothing and we are ready to hit the road Friday. See everyone there!

As of today there is very high fire danger in Polk County (and most of the state). Here is the fire conditions statement:

Due to fire weather conditions, burning is NOT allowed today. Therefore, burning in barrels, debris piles, and grass or wooded areas with your annual permit is prohibited. Campfires, though strongly discouraged, are permitted if used solely for cooking or warming purposes, but please use extreme caution.

If I were going to the campout, I would plan to use a camp stove or charcoal for cooking

Hopefully they will get some of the rain forecast.
