I saw one of those in Jurassic Park, or was it Land of the Lost? Oh, wait, now I remember. It was Harry Potter. I think they named it Aragog.

I know now why my Asia hid has only been found twice in 3 years Laughing

Actually it was funny. We went for a river walk one day which is just what that is - get in the river and walk. We had a very good guide who lives in the area.

First thing was leaches, not the kind we know but tree leaches. Tiny critters that get on you and suck blood without your awareness. Had many of these.

Next was the warnings - If a wild boar (no political affiliation) is attacking just zig zag as they cannot bend there neck and will quickly give up the chase.
Then watch for Water Buffalo, Lions, Tigers, Monkeys as they can be bad!

And if you see an Elephant - say a prayer as you will probably soon die.

We walked several miles down the river and aside from all the leach bits we did not die.
