I hope I'm not asking a stupid question, but is there a policy about hiding caches on land marked as owned by DNR LAND & MINERALS DIVISION? I couldn't find anything that rules it out - or allows it. My guess is this is somewhat uncharted territory, so I hope I'm not kicking a hornets nest.
