Does anyone know what kind of settings or compatibility settings I need to use with Plucker on a Windows 7 operating system? I keep getting an error code each time I try to use it. Sad

The error code that I am getting is:
Can't move file C:\program files\Plucker\plucker.ini (error 5:access is denied)
Can anyone help me to correct this?
