Your nominations for September 2012 Cache of the Month are:
GC3PWCD: Leshy by Sharknose Bunnies
Nominated By: sparkyfry
I'd like to nominate Leshy by Sharknose Bunnies. Saying anything about it would give too much away, but I was really impressed with how SNB managed to find a workaround from a couple common practices of geocachers and still be within the rules. This is an ingenious puzzle and hide!
GC31VKV: 7Star's Favorite Place by Racettes
Nominated By: BTRUTOU
I would like to nominate "7Star's Favorite Place" (GC31VKV) by Racettes. This is a cool puzzle that must have taken some time and patience to put together. It's been published only a short time now, and has already been awarded quite a few favorite points. Personally, it's the first I've seen of its kind.
GC2YQ0J: MN LPC Series - jicknarson by jicknarson
Nominated By: King Boreas
I am nominating MN LPC Series - jicknarson
It's just another Lamp Post Cache but I met the CO and think she's hot PLUS she posts individual logs for "power trails"
Or like I told her: logs that I can read.
If you have any words/reviews for any of the caches up for voting, please share then here by posting a reply...
Voting will be open till the end of the month*. Good luck to all the nominees and keep those great caches coming!
*Note: Due to how the polling works in phpBB the poll may be open for some time past 11:59:59 pm on the last day of the month, or may end sometime during the last day of the month. While we will do what we can to make sure this poll stays open through the month, there is no reason to wait till the last minute. You get one vote and it counts the same no matter when you make it. When a poll is open it is set to be open for a certain number of days, so if for some reason the poll can't be open right at 11:59:59 (say a production issue at work, busy with non-caching activities, feel asleep, etc) then there may be some 'bonus' voting time. |

Well deserved, sometimes you just have to see a cache to understand the thought and dedication put into it. Did she win the truck ? or was it the encyclopedia set ? God I hope it wasn't the encyclopedias. Congratulations Jane...WOOOOHOOO now I don't feel as goofy as I usually do for driving that far to see it |

So.... my question is: Can I fit the outdoor living set and the encyclopedias in the back of the truck? Hey, I think every COM winner should get at least three grand prizes. Just saying.
Thanks for the kind words, H-K, and for making the trek to the Range - and thanks for the COM votes, the other 14 of you. |
