We determined after the Spring event that electrical plugins weren't a requirement. That said, we will have access to the warming house (with electricity and bathrooms) if we really need it.
We have both shelters reserved which should accommodate our space needs and the park has plenty of space for temporary caches and lots of nearby permanent caches.
Several of the local cachers are working on new hides in the area and I have contacted some of the local puzzlers to see if they are willing to put together a list of nearby puzzle finals that people can get for attending. |

| You'll probably want to post on the event page that there will be no electrical hookups. In the fall people tend to bring slow cookers with chili and other heated items. Not so much in the spring. |

| Can we move the meeting to right after lunch. It gets to be a long day and we might have better attendance for voting if we do it earlier....unless of course we are doing voting throughout the day...but even then, I'd like to see the meeting earlier...we used to do lunch and meeting almost at the same time; people could eat and listen to the meeting...I think that even though we have posted a timeline, we can alter it now, it's far enough before the event. |

Currently there are only seven permanent caches in this park, is this park big enough to hold more caches? I know half of the fun at event is being able to walk to most of the caches without having to drive anyplace else.
