Just want to asked my Geocachin friends to boycot Brookdale Honda, I had my car spread with rock salt at a high velocity at point blank range. When I went inside to make a complaint to the general manger about what had happened he would not listen to me, his only concern was to get me out of his showroom.
He said it was no big deal that my car was spread with rock salt. I am sorry but the car is a 2012 and it is a big deal. The best way to handle this would have been listen to my complaint and say he would talk to the guy running the salt truck and problem would of been solved.
This guy lacks any people and problem solving skills. please boycot them if you can. I am glad I had bought the car from a St. Clould dealership now I saved over a thousand dollars by doing it.

That's to bad that happened. I bought my cache mobile there a few years ago. They had good service and a great price back then.

I'm assuming the salt truck was on their lot?

You say big deal could have been solved by talking to truck driver. This guy really must have upset you with his responses, if there was no damage to car.

It"s hard to talk to a guy drving the salt truck at 20 MPH. and it could of been resolved if the giy would have taken the 30 seconds to listen to me and said I will talk to the driver even if he did not.

All I can say he has no custmer service skills.

Go to Hopkins Honda instead, they have excellent customer service skills.

Whatever you do, don't go to Motor Inn Honda either....they were really willing to work with fixing our van's issues till we told them about a starter issue...which ultimately resulted in a new tranny...When we told them of the starter issue, they looked at us and said "what did you expect...its used". Oh well. Guess we just head eastward or northward if we ever get another Honda (which is unlikely). LOL
