Just a quick note to promote my event in January for anyone wanting to learn a bit about GSAK, have some help solving technical issues (if we can) and just break up the monotony of winter.
Seats are limited so make sure to mark will attend so we know who all is planning to attend. I don't claim to be an expert on alot but I had enough people asking me how to do things from creating pocket queries to using GSAK to how to load their gps that I figured this event was the easiest way to help folks out. Even if you know how to do all that I encourage you to show up and help out your fellow cachers and meet some new faces possibly!

Should be no excuse for Trekkin and Birdin to not show up. |

Don't think Birdin needs help with the computer stuff, now that Trekkin may need it though from what I hear! To bad they can't make an event, and they already are going to be up in the cities for the 29th of Feb event.. I'll have to give them a hard time Saturday when I see them.
Thanks for the compliment on the idea for the event, I decided that was the best way to help folks out as I've been getting a load of emails and inquiries on how to do things and this was the easiest way to help folks out. |

I only commented because your event is being held in their home town. |

Yep, I figured that, and only about 5 blocks from them. Don't worry I'll hassle them as they've missed two of my events this year, I wonder if I should shower or something? |

| All are welcome, I don't know how much I'll be able to help expand it, but I'm willing to help push your knowledge a bit as that's only good for me also. If you do decide to attend let me know what you know and what you are interested in and I'll put together something for us to work on. |

Looks to be a great event. Like tonkaMN stated, too bad it is so far away. I spent a number of hours with GSAK today since the weather was bad outside. I'm such a half-hearted cacher. I won't drive 250+ miles for a winter event. _________________ Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
