I currently have five travel bugs out and about in the wild. A couple of days ago, two of my travel bugs, this one, and this one
were sitting in caches 2.9 miles apart. They both have found themselves in Santa Clara, CA simutaneously, 1599 miles from home.
Granted, one of them I placed less than 100 miles from this spot, but that was several months ago, and long before I placed the second bug over 800 miles from Santa Clara. Both bugs have a goal of returning to Minnesota, and the second one, the one which has traveled over 800 miles, was started in Canada.
I'm wondering if anyone else have experienced any close encounters such as this? |

| Never. I have two (this one and this one) within 300 miles from home that have half of their journey completed but still need to come home. I'm thinking of taking a road trip over to one (160 miles from home) but I'm not sure yet. |

| Never. But I've had a TB return home after a 22,000 mile journey only to be lost in our own backyard. |

| We did have three within 100 miles of each other in Oregon at one time. We also have had two travel bugs visit the oldest active cache, but I don't think that counts. |
