I saw the dredger for the lake minnetonka leech cache. I will bid on this so I can go do LAIR and the like.
Anyone else need to use "special equipment" for a cache? Be imaginative.

Well I can think of a couple of pieces of special equipment I could use caching. The first would be a fully equipped Lockheed C-130J with crew. Then of course being Airborne, I would need a couple of MC1-1C parachutes. How great would that be. Your own bird and to be able to just jump on the cache of your choice. Think I would start by getting some in the 49th State.

I have a cache location for you, AA. I scouted an undeveloped park recently, and determined that there was no way in or out of the park that didn't go thru somebodies yard.

I will use a potato cannon to launch a cache into the park, then list it as "parachute required". I will leave it to your wits on how to get out of there, though.

Thats an evil MOC cache. But in this case, the MOC hunter gets what they deserve.
For mere mortals, here's what it says...

Rattlesnake Junction
by King Boreas [profile]

This is a subscriber-only cache.

Enterprise Rest Area

Steep slippery terrain, dangerous critters

June 21 by Realtorfh (52 found)
I looked in the area as well and DNF. I did find someones purse and turned it into the guy servicing the rest area. The really gets me that there were rattles in the area. Maybe this chache should be placed further up the hill closer to the park benches.

Holy #&@% !

I placed that cache in the dark, early A.M. !!!

June 20 by timberlane74 & pumpkin (21 found)
It was a DNF because I went and looked and DNF...BUT beware when I was within 20-30' of the cache, I heard some "rattling"...lo and behold there were six rattlers on top of a dead log...only 1 seemed interested in me, it was a little cool for them to be very interested, but I chose not to keep looking...wish I didn't leave the camera up top with the wife...it would have been quite the picture...lot's of signs for deer around, too...pretty area!

I was at an old cemetery in Colorado near the Nebraska pan handle. I got a warning from a small rattler as I walked past an abandoned crypt lid. Just about dropped a load. Luckily, after it rattled, it crawled further into its hidey hole.
