Anyone know where I can find a KML/KMZ (or even a shapefile) that shows the borders of all municipalities in MN (ie. city limits)?

Yes, check out the MN DNR Data Deli, you should be able to download a shapefile from them, looks like it's updated annually. Did you know that Hibbing is the largest city in Minnesota?

MnDot might be of some help in showing city boundaries. http://www.dot.state.mn.us/maps/cadd/html/Cities_alpha.html

That helps, but I really need it in a shapefile or KML (I want to be able to use it in Google Earth) - a PDF won't cut it.

Sweet - thanks. I didn't see it there when I grabbed some data earlier this week (probably because I didn't think they'd have municipalities on the menu at the DNR).
