Changing Taglines

I always thought that the place to change a tag line was in the user profile tab. But I can't seem to fine anyplace where my current tag line is located or a place that allows me to change it.

Some one point me in the right direction, Please.

Changing your tag line was broken/disabled during an update a while back. We are working on upgrading the website software and I'll try to get that working again.

The ability to edit your signature disappered when we converted to the new site about 2 years ago. It used to be in the 'profile' tab in phpbb, but now that is redirected to the main site profile (as we only maintain one profile for you) and there isn't a signature line there.
