I saw this ad in the geocaching weekly email and took a look at it. Has anyone seen one? They seem like very nice units. As much as I like Garmin, it's good for them to have some good competition in this area. Anyway here's the link.

Abby & I bought the Endura Sierra and were disappointed with the unit so much, we sold it for an $80 loss and were happy to get that back for it. This unit compared with a Garmin Colorado is a step or two backwards. It isn't as user friendly, harder to read, the topo map is the worst mapping software we've ever used you can only zoom out to a tenth of a mile unlike Garmin units, there is no WIG player, the paperless function is about the same, and battery life is better.
If you asked us if it's a good buy: NO
Would we refer it to anyone: NO
We would rate this unit as a: 1.5 Star out of 5 stars
If you can find someone else who owns one and use theirs on a couple of caches to see what you think before spending $300+!!!
In our opinion Garmin is the best Unit for caching at this time.
Shaun & Abby
