I know this has been posted before, but, how do you post a picture and change the font in the cache listings?

You need to check the "html" box near the short and long descriptions.

For fonts:

font color="[your color here]">[your text here]</font><br>

For images:

img src="[image URL here]"><br>

When you actually put it in, there must be one of these: <
before the word "font" or "img". I had to leave it out so it would leave all the text there

With the font, you can use "face = [your style here]" or "size = [your size here]" in place of or in addition to the color that was included
