Can someone tell me if caching is allowed in Elm Creek Park Reserve. If so, can someone give me a link to one that is fairly centralized within the park?

Yes, Three Rivers Park District has been very favorable towards Geocaching. Here is a link to their policy.

I don't think there are any currently placed in the park. Eelsid recently archived one that had exceeded its allowed 1 year life.
