| So...... $5.00 plus shipping apiece. I put them in the cache and someone moves them to another cache and reports the move, or puts them in a jar on the dresser cause they look cool. Maybe instead we could all put $5.00 bills in each cache we visit. They have serial numbers too. |

I know that people have used wheresgeorge.com bills in geocaches. If I'm not mistaken, King Boreas is also an avid georger, or at least he was.
I found a bill in a cache last fall, took it, not looking closely enough at it, and expected it to already logged in at wheresgeorge.com. I was wrong. The person wrote their geocaching user name on the bill, but nothing more, so I entered the bill in the system, and perhaps finally this spring I'll turn it loose elsewhere.
To me, a wheresgeorge.com bill is nothing more than a travel but that can be taken out of geocache circulation at any time and converted to a cold refreshing beverage on a hot summer day. Not a bad option! |

who is ms. bug queen?
i remember reading on the mngeorgers group at yahoo that you were reprimanded for reporting bills that come through metro transit, but you don't have in your possession. are you still recording hits for metro transit bills? you haven't hit one of my bills in several months. well, maybe not that long. i think it was october that i marked a bill front AND back specifically for a bus ride to the airport, and sure enuff, it wound up being hit. why i hadn't thought of that before i'll never know. |
