I know in the terms and conditions of GC.com it says that we are not to give out or publish the coords for caches. Working with both the Asst Business Dev Director and the Parks Director from Benton and Stearns Counties they have requested a copy of the caches listed in their parks.

Who do I get permission from? Since it is their property are they able to just get the information and publish it in a brochure without permission from GC.com?

They are planning on using this for an event in a couple weeks.

In general this is not a violation of the terms if the parks, ie the landowners, wish to get the coordinates for their land. You can contact groundspeak directly for permission, but it shouldn't be an issue.

Contact the me or the board if you have more questions. We have done this for other park boards.
