Hoarding follow-up:
I looked at where the pieces are currently, and I guess between Kitch and I today, we ate up all of them on the St. Paul side of the metro in a matter of 4 hours.

Maybe we need a rule that a cacher can only have so many in their possession at one time. Like 2. |
Would be too easy to bypass. Like if I had 10 and went up north to distribute for the benefit of the game, I would just not log that I took them out of a cache until I dropped it. That way the system would only know that I had one in my hand at a time. And just do that one at a time. It's still following the rules in place, just makes it inconvenient for someone that wants to grab the laker but it's not there. _________________ |

Good for you s4xton and Kitch. I think it's awesome that you guys are having fun with it. That's what it's there for. If you guys move all the lakers in St Paul then I guess you guys will top the leader-board. _________________ |

Never mind, if WWWP has a bunch then I'll let her seed the Buffalo/Annandale area - I'll still put a handful out in St. Cloud this weekend, and will hold a pair for Cokato/Litchfield for next weekend. If there are any more left that you want moved outside the metro, just let me know - I don't plan to be terribly active in the actual game (for now), but I'd be happy to help seed 'em out - thanks!

Well okay, I finally got Phalen properly, now to drop it in a cache this weekend.
Looked through the lakes and was kinda bummed. Lake Hubert isn't in the list. Lived near that lake up north for 5 or 6 years. Oh well, it's not a big lake and not well known, and you can't have em all as gamepieces I'm sure. |
